All purchases made on Fiaroe are subject to product availability and pricing. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or unavailable for any reason.
We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not retain credit card details.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Sales Tax: Fiaroe is based in Texas and currently has a tax nexus only in this state. Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Texas addresses. For orders shipped outside of Texas, sales tax is not collected. However, you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax in your state if required.
3. Order Process and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, including changes to the shipping address. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Locations: Currently, Fiaroe only ships within the United States.
Shipping Costs: We offer a flat rate for shipping, and free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, we offer a return and exchange policy.
Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges: We offer one free shipping label per order for a return or exchange. This label can be used to return all or part of your order. Please include all items you wish to return or exchange in one shipment.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact [email protected] for return instructions.
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on earrings. If you experience irritation, we’re happy to offer a store credit once the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
We use materials designed to be gentle on skin, but sensitivities vary. If you have known metal allergies, we recommend checking product descriptions or reaching out before purchase.

However, individual sensitivities vary, and we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for all skin types. By purchasing our products, you agree that Fiaroe is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our jewelry.
