  • Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and oils, as these can cause discoloration and damage.
  • Remove Before Water or Physical Activity: Water, sweat, and friction can wear down jewelry. Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, or exercising.
  • Clean Gently: Use a soft cloth for regular cleaning. If needed, use mild soap and lukewarm water, but dry thoroughly.
  • Store Separately: To avoid scratches and preserve the finish, store your jewelry separately in a soft pouch or lined box.

Yes, after placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. If you don’t receive these emails, please contact Customer Service.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose:

  • USA Express Delivery: Next Day Service (allow 1-2 business days for processing)
  • USA Standard Delivery: 3-6 Days (allow 1-2 business days for processing)

We only accept one shipping address per order. For shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders.

At this time, Fiaroe does not offer international shipping. We only ship domestically within the United States.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify items, update shipping details, or cancel the order as it’s processed immediately.

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must include all tags and original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange if you’re not fully satisfied.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We provide one free shipping label per order for a return or exchange. This label can be used for all or part of your order. Please include everything you wish to return in one shipment, as additional labels are not available for the same order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at orders@fiaroe.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping if needed.

  3. Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
